Return Policy wants all our customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements.We will make your dress totally conform to your personal measurement, we can assure you of 100% fit as long as you can offer us the correct measurements, if not, we will remake you the dress in right size or offer you a refund.

Even when you ordered the wrong size or provide the wrong measurements, we will try our best to help by offering alteration or replacement, please just feel free to contact us if there is anything we can do to help.

Quality Issue
If there is any quality issue like poor workmanship, cheap fabric or any other quality problem caused by our site, we will offer you refund for the purchase.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Return Process

1) Contact Customer Service within 2 days of your order's receipt. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

*The time of the receipt of dress will be seen on the shipping site.

2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back(on your cost) to us as soon as possible.
3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.

Please note, all requests for returns must be approved by within 2 days of receipt of order. We do not accept overdue claim. You might not be able to get full refund for return due to custom made item.
